How Do You Receive Your Images?

I have made this as easy as possible for you and your images are via an online gallery with both High and Web resolution sizes. Through the online gallery, you will have the option to favourite, share and download. Perfect for sharing with friends and family! However If you are also after a USB one can still be purchased for a relatively small fee.

How Much is The Booking Fee, Is It Refundable ?

I do require a $1000 booking fee to lock in your wedding day, this secures your date The booking fee is non- refundable as this secures the date so that no one else can book that date and we turn down any other inquiries for that date. The balance is payable 10 days prior to your wedding and can be paid online via internet banking or via Paypal. Once the booking fee is paid you will receive a contract and the booking fee comes off your balance. Booking/Retainer Fee for Elopements is $250

Do You Have A Second Shooter?

I love photographing weddings solo, however there are times that a second photographer is required to capture more details, candids and moments. The guys maybe on the other side of town getting ready, so this helps with time and we all love to see what the lads are up to!  A second shooter gives another perspective and this allows the ceremony to be captured from so many angles. Generally I have a second photographer right up to the reception.

Do You Have A Covid-19 Policy?

Travel Costs? 

Yes I sure do. COVID-19 POLICY as of 1st December 2020. 
Booked dates may not be altered, changed or postponed due to COVID-19. Any changes or postponements will incur another contract to be signed and another non-refundable booking fee to be paid. Please note this includes postponements due to travel restrictions. The only exception to this rule is if we are in a "lockdown" or restricted COVID level 3 or higher in which instant the date/booking fee may be transferable to one other date within 12 months.

Yes, I do have a travel charge - and charge out per km.

Can We Meet You?

Yes of course! This part is really important and we can either do this in person at a cafe or meet even for a wine. If meeting up in person doesn’t work we can chat via FaceTime/ Zoom whatever works for you. It's really important for both of us to meet and see if we are both a fit. For me connecting with my couples is really important as this translates through to your images.

Can We Get Our Wedding Photos Earlier?

Yes, absolutely you can! I know the feeling I hate waiting as well. We can arrange for a fast track order for an additional cost.

Can We Swap An Engagement Shoot For A Cash Discount?

Occasionally sometimesI will have offered a free engagement shoot as a promotion - How goods that! However if this opportunity hasn't been used, please note that this is non transferrable for a discount or a cash back. The amount maybe used towards another session or if agreed upon an extra amount of time towards a wedding package.
